It’s the explanation for every right winger: you’re either a moron, or evil, thought most commonly a good mix of both.
The ones in the former camp need to repeatedly “learn from their mistakes”. Unless you’re in the latter category, one would think that any reasonable person should think “maybe opinions on how to do things is better left to others”, but alas, a lack of such processes is a requirement for the moron bit.
