I see what happened. They all started going mask off, except by the time all of them got to their real faces the old orange shit still had a stack of masks to go through. You can tell a few of them started peeling off their real faces for a bit to try and fit in while others started to realize he doesn’t actually have a face, it’s just all masks, and it always has been.
