So why do my cats dive in front of mine so frequently!?

Edit: 36 feet, not 36 inches XD

You’re whiffing on the point. That’s not usual behavior for stray or wild cats, it’s a specialised behavior that involves people and other animals they feel are ‘safe.’ Not an intelligence issue.

            Your literal first comment is:

Cats are reeeal dumb animals, but people think they are smart because they are pretty.

You’re saying that’s meant sarcastically, and everyone reading is supposed to automagically know that you’re being facetious? Do you find yourself regularly surrounded by mind-readers…?

no, i am not saying that sarcastically.

cats are real dumb. and oblivious. and pretty.

Do you find yourself regularly surrounded by mind-readers…?

I’m rarely addressed by mind-users, let alone mind-readers.

Changing the tune, I see. Not surprising.

                cats are real dumb.

Well, you’re wrong. As with most mammals, domestic cats have a respectable level of intelligence, and in fact have demonstrated such across numerous documented examples. They’re massively successful, self-sustaining creatures, actually being so successful that they’re considered invasive pests in some areas of the world. Unlike domestic dogs for example, who typically don’t fare well on their own.

Few or any persons at all coming from a facts & reality and/or science background would ever state that cats are “real dumb.”

No, I am repeating the same thing multiple times for you and now correcting you about your misconception that I was being sarcastic.

That is consistency. Same tune; you can’t read music.

So on one hand you’re trying to be a sarcastic edgelord and falling on your face, and OTOH confirming that you didn’t know what you were talking about in the first place.

Cool. Feel free to have the last reply, and good luck, you.
