    Yes, I’m generaly healthier tham in my early twenties, but I still have the chronic diseases that never should have been there.

    And I only got confirmed Hellicobacter Pilory, and eradicated it thanks to my Father getting diagnosed by a private lab, which I then went to.

    Even with a private clinic, good luck getting diagnosed, you have to spend money on tests yourself.

      Sorry to hear about that. Yeah sometimes life can screw you over, even if doing everything right. But even then, basic maintenance of our bodies shouldn’t be discarded, it still can improve quality of life.
