    You’re right. If you are gonna do a ground invasion you really need to go in force. 5k is a suicide mission.

      My guess is, they want to seize this island, and are flirting with seizing some land around the strait. Idk the geography of etheir of these, but that is what I would do if possible if I was a piece of shit.
