It’s his wife and she has a hearing coming up. They failed to provide any documentation showing that they lived together after getting married. This is standard stuff, had to do this with my wife.

So yeah, the text is a lie.

No, it’s him who is being threatened with deportation. It is due to not showing any evidence of living together though.

Furthermore, the notice stated that, “We have been notified that Roland Beainy is currently detained by ICE and his green card has been revoked. He is no longer recognized as a leaseholder or authorized representative of Trump Burger Kemah LLC.”

Thanks for the clarification. I read that and thought…hmmm… Sounds a bit too on the nose to be true. Turns out my instinct was correct. Lol

      It really isn’t

Roland Beainy, who reportedly grew up in Lebanon and moved to the United States in 2019, alleges in a lawsuit that he owns 50 percent of the business Trump Burger LLC. Beainy filed the suit in Fayette County on April 16 against Iyad Abuelhawa, also known as Eddie Hawa. Hawa started the original Trump Burger restaurant in Bellville.

In the Fayette County lawsuit, Beainy claims he paid Hawa $65,000 for the 50 percent stake in the business. Beainy’s partners, Bart and Dana Blakelock, filed an affidavit supporting Beainy’s claim. They say Hawa agreed to the purchase on or about Jan. 22, 2025, and that the money was received by Hawa in March. Hawa has since filed a counterclaim, alleging that there was no written contract. Hawa is seeking $1 million in damages. That case is pending in court.

That’s a separate issue, nothing to do with his wife possibly being denied her green card renewal.
